First Draft
For the first draft, Mr Woldrich set the following design specifications:
Basement with laundry room, ironing room, storage area, furnace room, ski storage, 5 additional rooms and bathroom.
Ground Floor with foyer, alcove, concierge station, office, telephone booth, kitchen, dining hall, Grand Lobby and bathrooms, including a large ladies room.
Second Floor with 15 (single and double) guestrooms, most with private bath, a private suite for the owner, as well as one full non-public bathroom and one half bathroom.
Third Floor with 11 guestrooms, 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
Fourth Floor with 8 guestrooms including one full and one half bathroom.
Fifth Floor with one grand panoramic suite.
